Footage) $175 - 2001 TO 3000 $200 - 3001 TO 4000 $225 - 4001 TO 5000 $250 - 5000 TO 6000 $275 - 6000 plus (subtract $25.00 if virtual tour isn't wanted) Add Impact With Twilight photos!.. $100.00 >> Until Portland traffic improves<< We reserve the right to impose 'UP TO' $25 on west side shoots. We'll try to work with you on scheduling a time when traffic is light. If there is a charge, we try to be fair based on how long we actually sit in traffic buring fuel and time Additional Charges: $50 cancellation fee.....if less than 24 hour notice $100 minimum rate for exterior photos (only) $20 per exterior image if more than six are required (this usually applies to large acreage) $1.00 per mile (outside of 30 mile radius of Troutdale) Payment of cash, check or credit card expected at time of
